When will I receive my order?
Depending on where you live, delivery is made in 10 to 15 working days (maximum).
We do our utmost to maintain excellent quality, both with our products and our service. All for a reasonable price.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase.
This offer applies to all countries in continental Europe and the Maghreb region.
However, for overseas territories, we must add an additional charge to cover our costs.
My order is incomplete
It is possible that if you order multiple products they may be shipped separately to optimize shipping costs.
However, they should all arrive within the promised delivery time.
I haven't received my order.
Package misplaced or lost by postal services?
If the standard delivery timeframe has passed, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
(or a refund, if a replacement is not possible)
