Return and Refund Policy

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - CANCELLATION

All products supplied by https://abacusuniverse.com/ are brand new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional retail and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.

If an item is found to be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 business days from receipt of the products to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day, it is extended until the next business day.

The customer must return the unused or new items in full and in their original, intact packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, and documentation (strictly in original sealed packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice). In such cases, the buyer must provide proof of the defect(s) by emailing contact@abacusuniverse.com (with a detailed description and attached photos).

If exercising the right of withdrawal, Abacus Universe will refund the amounts paid by the customer without charge, except for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For refunds, we guarantee that the reimbursement will be completed within 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted under any circumstances.
